[Leica] what's wrong with this leica?

so … this photo:

has a lot of red in the face.

1) Is my M9 just magenta happy?
2) is my white balance wrong?
3) is it the red from the dress reflecting up 

WHAT’S GOING ON HERE?

I’ve also taken photos where one person will appear much redder than the person next to them though their skin tones appear very close in person….. thoughts?
