Douglas,

I wouldn't advise that.  Morally, Ted is justified in beating the 
publisher to a pulp, setting the remains on fire and pissing on the 
ashes.  I don't think any of us could disagree with that.  But, in a 
court of law, and I know this sounds crazy, he might be found to be the 
aggressor.  So, caution is indicated.  Or at the least a burner cell phone.
