[Leica] M8 and "old" lenses? - Nathan

Thanks for responding to my post, Nathan. Yes, I forgot to mention that the Minolta lenses were SLR ... which makes all the difference! Granted, it is a bit stupid to try and use lenses on a body that was not at all meant for this type of glass. If I get the right focus, though, I rather like the result. And I also like the idea of being able to get these lenses out of their boxes once in a while ... ! I also use the LTM summitar 50 / f2 and the elmar 35 / F3.5 (1938!) which is one of my favourites  - without any focusing issues, this time!JM
