That looks wonderful and so tempting, but the arthritis diet I'm on which
has made a huge difference in my joint pain is gluten-free.  I could not
believe that after four days without gluten, my pain was 90% gone.  I have
lots of gluten-free bread recipes but none of them are as beautiful or
delicious as your bread in your photo :-(
