Must be the season, my ortho guy told me last week that I
will soon need a left hip and right knee. I asked him "Can
you just shoot me now"? He laughed, I didn't.

My wife fell and broke her hip a couple of weeks ago. This is what it 
looked like on the afternoon of my 65th birthday last week. This 
situation is why I didn't respond to your gracious well wishing.

We expect a full recovery and slightly longer delays in airport security 
checkpoints.
