Wondering about the Gambas; are they in a broth or a sauce? It looks
kinda like a New Orleans dish called barbecue shrimp, which is not barbecue
at all, but shrimp cooked in a garlic/butter sauce under a flame. You
dip crusty brad into the sauce, and it is so good you almost forget the
shrimp
