[Leica] LUG Yearbook 2014 second notice

Fellow LUG photographers, please note:
This year I have taken up the job after Jim's Shulman's honourable
retirement from the position. I shall be using a dedicated different email
address for this project (not my usual LUG address) and I have sent a
revised FAQ to Brian  that includes more information as well as that
address. Once Brian publishes that FAQ for us I shall include a link to it
in my notices. I will be actioning contributions from November 2
