I'm shooting the A7s and the normal shutter is much quieter than the A7r. The low light is to die for. Look at some of the stuff on my web and pay attention to the posted exif. I love the images I'm getting.
The silent mode must be used with care with action as it is really a scan, but dang! Amazing.
