The peaches are in full swing in the valley, so it was time to replenish our jam supply just before we leave on our fall trip. And the weather was cooperating, too, staying in the lower 80's so we did not heat the house up too much.

About half way through when I had time between stirring and pouring to pick up a camera and grab a few shots.

Another batch ready, so Margie took over my job while I shot.

The results this AM

I know it looks like she is doing all the work, but it was equal division of labor at a break neck pace. Used pectin this year to speed up the process. My back cannot take the 20 minutes of boiling and stirring per batch anymore, so the pectin reduced that time to 2 minutes. Margie pealed and cut, I cooked, Margie poured, I capped and processed then on to the next batch. 3 hours later and we were done.
Comments welcome. All but last one was taken with the Sony RX-100 at high ISO, so don't look too closely.
