[Leica] Lei-ko R lens to S body adapter ring

Hi Gene,

The image does indeed cover the full size of the S/S2 sensor. I have put up some tests shots with the 180/2 and 280/4 (with and without the 1.4X APO converter). When my 3 cam 280/4 is used with the 1.4x converter, I can focus to and past infinity - so I am a very happy bunny. There is just a small amount of vignetting in the corners, but that doesn’t bother me at all.

I have posted the test shots on the LUF website here.

Best wishes,

The rumoured 350 S lens may well not happen. Focus is manual of course with stop down metering. The max focus distance is limited, unless you send the lenses to Leica for adjustment.

My newer copy (ROM) focuses only slightly past infinity and even has a different focussing pitch. Sounds like the older version is a better fit for the S2 + lei-ko adapter.
