[Leica] Hot hummers

I have found that the TC 2x works very well with fast primes (200 f2, 300
f2.8, 400 f2.8, 500 f4 & 600 f4), but is indifferent on zooms, at least on
my 70-200 and 200-400. In fact the 200-400 mates indifferently with any TC,
even the 1.4x giving barely passable results - in fact, I have found it is
better to use that lens on the D800E and crop...I think the 1.7x is best
passed by, especially for zooms.
