Greetings to all.  The first two images are still in NJ.  This was a bare
trunk still standing amongst the new growth:

Relevant to my comments prior, my neighborhood is transforming as the 60-70
year old bungalows are removed and new housing is built.  This is a lot
newly scrapped and ready for the new build:
