Greetings to all. One of the fun things about Austin is that there are
still a high number of quirky shops distributed around the city. The first
one is on the east side:

One of the poor things about Austin is that influential developers can gain
planning permission for strange out of place developments. There is a
block of lots bordering a middle school and residential neighborhood that
a developer has gained permission to build a mid to high rise mixed use
development. This group paid substantially over market to acquire the
lots(one of my friends who owned a business was asked to name a price which
he named higher than his wildest dreams and was granted if he moved out in
30 days):

Same deal different business:

All the best.
