My impression is that DXO PureRAW 3 is still the way to go, as it can now be used from within Lightroom, and that is what I propose to keep using on high ISO images. The Lightroom module gives a result similar to Topaz DeNoise - given the name, I wonder whether Adobe has licensed it from Topaz, but as Don mentioned, it is noticeably slower. Luminar Neo's "Noiseless" module is still a terrific contender for those who have the primary program. I have recently found that the Denoise and the Sharpen modules in Topaz Photo AI give marginally better results than the stand alone programs - though not to the extent that would be readily noticeable in the real world (i.e. only noticeable on pixel peeping!). Topaz seems to be concentrating its development on Photo AI, so maybe it is not too surprising. The final cut is that the differences between the output of all these methods is marginal, and unlikely to be noticeable even on a large print, so my advice is to just keep using what is readily available!
