Jayanand, the US has a minority of anarchists with many political
persuasions.  Violence is ingrained in some subcultures here.

For example I was on one of my early morning walks and had a chat with a
disheveled youngish man putting electric scooters on the hood and trunk of
his car.  He accelerated away weaving wildly throwing the scooters every
which way while giggling.
