Brussels was the first venture my family made away from Wetzlar when we moved to Germany. We visited the 1958 World Fair, and I saw color tv for the first time. In the Russian pavilion the had a display of a model of Sputnik, then circling the earth, and there was a radio receiver that played the beeps aloud each time it passed. I especially remember the Atomium structure. I?m guessing it is still a tourist attraction. Thanks for some nice shots.
