Freight traffic has become an entirely different animal than the one which drove us across the continent. Luckily many of its buildings have had enough charm in sat in corporate rms long enough to get preserved. most become civic building for city offices of community meeting places or local history museums. Currently this area is served only by a freight shortline. Which I did not succeed in seeing running during my visit. ric > On Nov 9, 2022, at 2:18 AM, Nathan Wajsman <photo at frozenlight.eu> wrote: > > Do they actually have trains stopping there? > Looks so quaint? > > Cheers, > Nathan > > Nathan Wajsman > photo at frozenlight.eu > > http://www.fotocycle.dk/paws > http://www.greatpix.eu > http://www.frozenlight.eu > > ????? ???????! ?????? ?????! > > > > > > >> On 26 Oct 2022, at 02:10, RicCarter via LUG <lug at leica-users.org> >> wrote: >> >> https://2022.cartersxrd.net/2022.10.20.html >> >> Ric Carter >> www.home.CartersXRd.net >> http://www.facebook.com/ric.carter >> >> -the world?s mosst careless typist- >> >> _______________________________________________ >> Leica Users Group. >> See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information > > > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
