Just saw why it's so expensive:
This was a very late model of the camera, made after the company had been
reorganized and partly owned by the Prince of Liechtenstein, thus the
insignia under "Rectaflex".  Supposedly only about 200 were ever built, and
those had major reliability problems.  

A more common Rectaflex would probably run a few grand in nice shape.  It's
desirable as the first pentaprism SLR, made in fairly low quantities.
