Before I hear one more unfounded proclamation of climate change. In the summer of 1951, long before universal A/C in automobiles, my parents and I traveled through your part of Washington state bound for Fairchild AFB. A radio announcer proclaimed the temperature to be 105 degrees Fahrenheit in Euphrata, WA. (Pardon the spelling. My silly iPhone isn?t awake yet. ) My mother exclaimed, ?I?m glad we aren?t there!? A few minutes later we passed the sign ?Welcome to Euphrata?. Cheers Everyone!
