She should submit an application to LHSA or Leica to sponsor her; both groups have significant support in funds and equipment to help especially female photographers. LHSA supported a woman who was going into Central American women's prisons and documenting the conditions. Her work was extraordinary especially once she had a Q2 for the low light performance. I can't tell from the screen, but with lessoned development are you losing detail in the blackest parts of her hair? All the best.
