I took a quick walk to the park to take a photo of tree shadows, but then saw that the school was open which was odd on a Sunday. So I decided to avail of the opportunity to also take photos of it and its contrast with the terrible Texas tragedy fresh in our minds. Here is the only photo I took in the park for my club's weekly challenge - the subject of which was tree shadows. http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/DouglasBray/218_Tree+Shadows.jpg.html I liked the footballs leading away from the shadows It went down ok last night at the club meeting for a minimal commitment on my part :-) Douglas On 31/05/2022 22:52, Don Dory via LUG wrote: > I believe the first image presented was the strongest in light of the > assignment. > > On Mon, May 30, 2022, 5:38 PM Douglas Barry <imra at iol.ie> wrote: > >> I had an exercise to do for my camera club on tree shadow patterns and >> walked to a park, beside a school, about 150metres from my house. >> >> These are photos of Scoil Lorc?in - a Primary School (elementary in the >> US) in Monkstown that teaches the youngsters completely through the >> Irish language (Gaelige).
