Works well.

I got myself a Mamiya M645 to Nikon Z T/S adapter last month. The Mamiya
M645 lenses, which had languished untouched in a cupboard for close to 17
years, have just come back to me after a good cleaning and servicing, and I
will try the combo out in the next few days. It is an experiment to get an
inexpensive T/S outfit for occasional use. Using a MF lens on a FF body
seems ideal, as the image circle will surely be large enough to accommodate
any tomfoolery with the adapter that I may embark upon!!!
