Now, THAT?s a classic lens that I haven?t heard anything about in a long 
time. I owned one in my Nikon F period in the early ?80s. The severe 
vignetting is nice for teleportraits like yours, less so for a lot else!

It?s a good illustration of why we users of catadioptric telescopes for 
astrophotography have to take ?flats? of a blank cloud cover in order to 
correct the illumination in post-processing.
