What is OIS ;-) What you?ll find find (at long last) in Leica latest issues - Optical Image Stabilization. Allows you to get sharp images using a couple of shutter speed marks lower. Hope this helps Note that some brands combine OIS and IBIS, but not Leica so far as I know.
