Are you implying that you EU civil servants get the day off for each and 
every 26 EU country?s constitution day?

If so, I understand why you resent so much the Uk breaking loose, one 
day-off lost, and no compensation ?

But shush, should our US friends learn about it, with their 50 states, 
they?d turn adamant I guess :-)
