For a some this can be improved by various actions and for others genetics and fate have intervened in an unfortunate way. The second is looking back at lost spouses, pets, friends, jobs will cause deleterious mental spirals. On the other hand, looking forward to some positive possibilities will lift spirits. A long way of saying happy birthday to Brian and wishing him the best.
