But the Japanese are mad on their cameras, aren't they? Then I looked at their cameras for sale and saw this https://showa-store.com/collections/camera/products/olympus-om1-black-auto-s-50-1-8-lens and its $2,080 price and truly was boggle-eyed with disbelief, as I have five or six of those. Then I realised that Showa wasn't Japanese, but Hong Kong based with prices in HKD. What a let down! That said considering I bought many of my camera collection in various charity shops for peanuts, there certainly seems to be a market for good condition SLRs.
