In the US/Canada/Mexico Photographers Formulary is a viable option for
chemicals whether traditional or fine art focused.  Europe must have a
similar organisation as well as Hong Kong or Singapore.  Japan as well.
So, take a look and see rather than use possibly oxidised chemistry.
Losing exposed film due to developer issues is heart breaking.
