I vacated my house in March 2019 (including moving the servers to 
Fremont) and started some repairs. Repairs finished, it was listed for 
sale on 3 May 2019, and went unsold for a year and a half. We dropped 
the price 3 times during that year and a half. The financial, then 
political, then medical climate scared everyone away. 4 days after the 
election, buyers started calling. There was a 13-month period during 
which only 7 single-family houses priced above 20th percentile sold in 
the entire city (population 66,000).
