It masks the fact that it a swaged-on crankset rather than the better engineered one in the background. That said the high end Shimano cranksets like the Dura-Ace are light and wonderfully engineered. I have a 1980 one on my Mercian racer and it's still as good as new. It's like comparing a Kodak Brownie to an M3 :-) Douglas On 21/11/2020 13:45, RicCarter via LUG wrote: > I admire well-rendered metal finishes > > ric > > > >> On Nov 21, 2020, at 12:03 AM, Bill Clough via LUG <lug at >> leica-users.org> wrote: >> >> USA >> TEXAS >> VICTORIA >> >> Hi there ? >> >> Here is the latest submission: >> http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Bill1941/2020+Photographs/DIFFERENT+SPOKES.jpg.html >> >> Gallery: >> http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Bill1941/ >> >> ?Bill >> >> _______________________________________________ >> Leica Users Group. >> See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information > > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
