You comment about the grain, I have verufed that scanned negatives usually offer more grain and other imperfections than when you enlarge them in the darkroom, also the scanning don?t give exactly the real picture as it is in a wet process, the scanner enhances the contrast and light some areas that they are more dark in a real process.
