Greetings to all.  This weeks images are mostly to display how the Canon
0.95 lens displays images.  So first up is a more typical rendering from
this 60's lens.  If you miss focus at all then you get haloing and softness:

However, if you nail the focus you get a pretty good image, finer detail
isn't there as on modern lenses but still quite acceptable:

Even near edge regions of focus render pretty well; there is some field
curvature but on cameras that let you focus off center that doesn't
present any problems:
