The ones I use the most are "Detail Extractor" and "tonal contrast". Some of the (4x5) B&W film I use are relatively flat but they contain so much info and these two filters could do wonders. Usually though I dialed down from the default as they are too strong. Regarding your photo, IMHO, it's a bit too much on the "clarity/detail". I'm sure there is a photo processing term for it, but I call it a bit too brittle. The colors are nice with a vintage look.
