He was a child prodigy, and I remember listening to him play concerts when he was under 10 years old. The word genius is thrown around a lot, but he truly was one. I say "was", because sadly, he died young a few years ago.... He later played extensively in Remember Shakti with John McLaughlin and Zakir Hussain: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFgYdh1i86c Cheers Jayanand On Sat, Nov 9, 2019 at 10:28 PM Philippe via LUG <lug at leica-users.org> wrote: > I had never realized a mandoline could be flat. > My mother?s looked more like this > > http://www.art-richelieu.fr/html/fiche.jsp?id=8964317&np=&lng=fr&npp=150&ordre=&aff=&r= > < > http://www.art-richelieu.fr/html/fiche.jsp?id=8964317&np=&lng=fr&npp=150&ordre=&aff=&r= > > > > And I recall her playing it not so long before her death. > > Thanks > > Amities > > Philippe > > > > > Le 9 nov. 2019 ? 17:23, CartersXRd via LUG <lug at leica-users.org> a > ?crit : > > > > https://2019.cartersxrd.net/CX2019/2019.11.05x.html > > > > The Daily Ric -EXTRA- > > Tuesday, November 5, 2019 > > Sam Bush Band at Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion.
