Plus a couple of my DAD'S albums with pictures before WW2 and my late wife Irene's dad roughly the same era. These are in storage and in the seniors home where I now live. The bulk of my WORK images (are in the National Archives of CANADA. Their number of images in the collection to date?) "216,000 images!") The largest photo collection in the history of CANADA by a single photographer!! That is the Archives counted amount without another 50,000 in my personal files! Keeping track and making use of it is quite the chore to say the least. Although I don't have anything to do with the ARCHIVE FILES other than sending new material removed from my personal files! But then I'm still shooting a series on the inhabitants near (200 f0lks)living here in the palace as we call our PARKWOOD accommodations! :-) I still put together slide presentations for lectures and DVD's for teaching. I will be making some new DVD's available that will be released on the LUG shortly. My DVD's have been sold about the world for a number of years! cheers, Dr.ted Grant O.C. -----Original Message----- From: LUG [mailto:lug-bounces+tedgrant=shaw.ca at leica-users.org] On Behalf Of Richard Man Sent: July-27-19 1:48 PM To: Leica Users Group Subject: Re: [Leica] IMG: My little boy is 30 10 years after we go to the great fixer bath in the sky, unless you are a fabulously famous photographer, the most important and treasured images that you will leave behind are the family photos.
