It makes little difference in value..... The problem with the lists you find is that some are just copies of others... which means that a mistake is compounded..... Only by inspection of features can you really tell what model it is..... A Leica III, or a, or b, or c model is in the few hundred bucks range. A Leica IIID is the rare one..... a few 10s to hundreds of thousand bucks.
