A big advantage over PS. DNG is RAW. Whenever I do this, they end up in the same folder as the source files. Off list, Frank said there was a bug in a previous version of LR that did this, so it may have returned. You say the panoramas are visible in the "new" catalog - what do you get when you select "View in Explorer"? Assuming I have the command phrased correctly.
