As to comments on riders in the bed, some of my fondest memories were riding in the back of my grandfather's PU moving field hands around in the Mississippi delta. Not to mention twenty of us in the back as teenagers doing what teenagers do when in mixed company and sixteen or so. Please do continue with scenes from Asia.
