Ripoll is one of the most ancient villages in Catalonia with a great history of kings of Catalonia, it is supposed that the persons with the name Ripoll has a certain commun past with the village, in Catalonia and the territories that they was from the Kingdom of Aragon and Catalonia, we call them here as ?Pa?sos Catalans? (Catalan Countries) as Valencia and even Alicante, as well the Islands of Mallorca, the name of Ripoll is quite current.
