Hi Tina 

Sorry to hear that you need cataract surgery. Uncle has given some 
reassuring experiences. It's true that cataract surgery is of high standard 
now. 

I wonder at some stage it's better to stay away from third world countries 
however exotic they may be. Our bodies are not always strong to handle nasty 
bugs. Global warming is also changing the virulence of many pests and germs.
