The NIK Collection programs, including Silver Efex, will not work on Grayscale images. The photo has to be in RGB mode, even if it is black and white. If your files are in Grayscale mode, Silver Efex Pro will be grayed out in the filter menu of Photoshop. -- Chris Crawford Fine Art Photography Fort Wayne, Indiana 260-437-8990 http://www.chriscrawfordphoto.com My portfolio http://www.facebook.com/pages/Christopher-Crawford/48229272798 Become a fan on Facebook On 1/2/17, 5:26 PM, "LUG on behalf of Douglas Nygren via LUG" <lug-bounces+chris=chriscrawfordphoto.com at leica-users.org on behalf of lug at leica-users.org> wrote: >I have a problem using Nik Silver Efex Pro 2 with my Monochrom.
