I am in Canada and I was given a form to fill out by email in September and I sent the camera to them at no cost to me. It was there for about two weeks and I was sent a receipt that they were evaluating the camera and would get back to me. The actual technician called me to advise as well. I emailed them yesterday as I had not received the evaluation but later in the day the camera arrived back by UPS. I tested this morning and it's all good. So my experience once It got there was great. Only issue is it took a long time to get them to acknowledge as well. If you send me your email I will provide the names and contact information for people I dealt with.
