GOOD ON YOU! cheers, Dr. ted -----Original Message----- From: LUG [mailto:lug-bounces+tedgrant=shaw.ca at leica-users.org] On Behalf Of Jim Nichols Sent: August-24-16 10:59 AM To: LUG at Leica-Users.org; Olympus Camera Discussion Subject: [Leica] IMG: Gulf Fritillary with Better Lighting I found three butterflies on the Buddlei today, but only the Fritillary was cooperative. The lighting was better, so I decided I would post two more shots of this colorful creature. Here is a top view of the wings, which are not as striking as the underside. http://www.gallery.leica-users.org/v/OldNick/Gulf+Fritillary+03.TIFF.html The glancing light in this view shows the texture of the wings to a better advantage. There is a Carpenter bee hiding out beneath the flower. http://www.gallery.leica-users.org/v/OldNick/Gulf+Fritillary+07.tif.html Please view these LARGE. Comments and critiques welcomed and appreciated. -- Jim Nichols Tullahoma, TN USA _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
