I know that your Dad's writing are both your family's legacy and property and it is clearly up to you what use is made of them. Having said all that I think it would be great if something could be done to share them with a larger audience. I can hear the sections of his journal being mixed with music and narration and being turned into a radio documentary or podcast. I can see his writing being mixed with music and historic film clips making it into a short film or TV documentary or something for YouTube. I hate the phrases "just saying," or "It's only an idea." Your Dad's writing as powerful and his work is an important document which deserves wider distribution. If you ever had a chance to do that I would urge you to take it. I certainly think that there are some radio producers in the United States who could be interested in working with his writings.
