Sorry and it's so well shot with variations of images! This is an example of my assignments during my 60 year plus career, "Photo documentaries!" Often I was shooting the main subject for a week or several weeks day after day! And the odd time a full month sun rise to sunset & darkness! Or the subject? fisherman, oilmen, farmers, doctors and all kinds of medical workers, steel mill workers were finished for the day. Then I could go to bed myself. But not before checking and reloading all cameras used that day and prepared for the next! Notes made and or "sleep became so demanding" you had to close your eyes and do it! :-) Then surprise? The next morning it started all over again a new "operation?" Crash crisis, emergency situation started again, "BUT ME ALWAYS LOOKING FOR NEW STUFF!" It's called "OBSERVATION"that's when you find those little visual pieces of "Photo Gold" photos! There were very few "picture of the day?" type assignments. Many only because of observing life wherever I might be walking about.Often the image didn't have anything in-line with the main story subject. When I produced my first published international medical book "DOCTOR'S WORK. The Legacy of Sir William Osler" it was on and off over a period of 10 years due to shooting when I had time between "paying assgnments!". The 2nd. medical book Sandy Carter and I produced, "WOMEN IN MEDICINE. A Celebration of their work." was a 2 year project. Like everyday somewhere in Canada and the USA. We had a publisher ready to publish as soon as we were finished shooting. Many LUG members have copies of these books all shot with Leica cameras in available light in B&W! "NOTHING POSED ALL REAL LIFE!" I believe you have copies? Coffee table size books. I have gone over and over your series enjoying a fine selection of images illustrating this Holy event! Well DONE! Thank you. cheers, Dr. Ted Grant OC -----Original Message----- From: LUG [mailto:lug-bounces+tedgrant=shaw.ca at leica-users.org] On Behalf Of lluisripollphotography Sent: May-23-16 2:52 PM To: Leica Users Group; MUGers at yahoogroups.com Subject: [Leica] Santa Rita 2016 on my Blog Santa Rita, Barcelona 2016 Take a look on my Blog, here are 14 pictures of this tradtional Catholic celebration. https://lluisripollphotography.wordpress.com/2016/05/23/santa-rita-barcelona -2016/ Thanks for looking, your c&c are welcome Saludos cordiales Lluis _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
