My goal is to determine whether to take the 4x5 or the Hassy for a (hopefully this year's) through Hong Kong / China. I know things like the Leica SL or the A7RII may provide even better capabilities but I am not interested in them. Beyond cost, I really enjoy using the large ground glass on the Hasselblad and of course the 4x5. Also, since I develop my own film, even 100 rolls or 100 sheets are "just" $500, significantly less than a new digital system. (Yes, I know Salgado switched to Canon digital from film because of the chore of carrying all the films through the airports) The Hasselblad is winning at this point as I can shoot more photos and also so faster environmental portraits. If I can get the focus stacking working, then I am less concerned about not having the tilt option. (Yes, I am aware of the Flexbody etc.) Even if I use the Hassy as the main camera, I will almost certainly take the 4x5 with a couple lens as "back up".
