I asked them in a combination of pantomime, German and English if they had something that would work against a cold/sinusitis. After a puzzling few moments they finally understood, (though my red nose and watery eyes should have been enough for a diagnosis) open a drawer, and pulled out a folder of Contac! Never dawned on me to ask for it by brand.
