Mine is published 2001 and mine is the "LEICA LENS COMPENDIUM" the "LEICA COMPENDIUM" published ten years later in 2011 would seem to have cameras too land weighs three times that from what I get from Rockwell who weighs everything even books I'm like that sometimes myself. You don't need no stinking cameras. Just get the lens one. The one I got. The one with the cameras in it weights 6 pounds. So that's what you're talking about. My Leica collectors guide by Dennis Laney which I've has since the mid 90's is the same basic size as my Erwin Lens book but twice as thick and probably weights 4 pounds. And is also published by Hove. And has a similar look. And is easy to read in bed or in other furniture and I've read it in cafes. Here is the review fo the Leica lens book by Erwin (not Irwin) https://luminous-landscape.com/leica-lens-compendium-book-review/ by Michael Reichmann out of the Luminous Landscape.
