Interesting, thanks.  I saw them from a distance and it wasn't until I
enlarged the image on my computer that I saw them in more close-up detail
(this is a rather severe crop); my initial impression was they were
re-purposed stacked shipping containers but now I see what you mean.

Form over function, is it?
