There are a lot of interesting good things on it, the smooth shutter being one of the most obvious and first things a previous Sony owner will notice. The shutter sounds and feels much more like a Leica shutter. As to the M wides, they no longer have magenta color at the edges and terrible fringing, but they are soft at the edges. From what I've seen it's likely the WATE is the only M wide that will work as it should.
